Every 2 weeks is our base rate. Weekly cleans are A$10 less; monthly cleans are A$20 more per visit.
First recurring home clean: + A$30Added once to your weekly, fortnightly or monthly rate. Later visits use the ongoing rates above. Does not apply to one-off cleans.

Have clean, correctly sized linen ready at the property. We’ll confirm where to find fresh sets and where used linen should be left.
Ask us to arrange linen
A$40 for the first bed, plus A$25 for each additional bed, per clean. Tell us your bed sizes, set quantities and any towel requirements so we can confirm availability and set contents.
Linen supply is an optional extra: 1 bed A$40, 2 beds A$65, 3 beds A$90 per clean. Changing bed linen is included in your rental clean. Any separate laundry, collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed in your free quote.

Window sills are included. The window-cleaning extra refers to window glass. Tell us about the number of windows and access when requesting it.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
We bring our own equipment. Please mention any special surface-care requirements or product preferences when you enquire.
Can I arrange a regular clean?
Yes, let us know your preferred frequency and days. We’ll discuss availability and the cleaning tasks before confirming an arrangement.
How does home cleaning frequency affect the price?
Our base home cleaning prices are for a clean every two weeks. Weekly cleans are A$10 less per visit; monthly cleans are A$20 more per visit. Your first recurring home clean adds A$30 to the rate for your chosen frequency, once only. Later visits use the ongoing rate. One-off home cleans are the fortnightly base rate + A$50, with no additional A$30 first-clean charge. All quotes are free. These adjustments apply to home cleaning only.
What costs extra with regular home cleaning?
Window cleaning, balconies, outdoor areas, oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, washing dishes and changing bed linen are not included in regular home cleaning. These can be arranged for an additional charge. Wiping window sills is included.
What is included in holiday rental cleaning?
All regular home cleaning tasks, plus changing bed linen and cleaning inside the fridge. Window cleaning, balconies, outdoor areas, oven cleaning and washing dishes are additional services, quoted separately.
Can you provide linen and guest supplies?
Yes. Optional linen supply is A$40 for the first bed plus A$25 per additional bed, per clean. Optional guest consumables are A$20 per property, per clean. We confirm bed sizes, set contents, availability and consumable quantities in your free quote. Changing your own clean bed linen is already included in holiday rental cleaning; any separate laundry arrangements must be agreed before booking.
Do dishwasher supplies include washing dishes?
No. Dishwasher supplies mean consumables such as dishwasher tablets. Washing dishes is an additional cleaning service and is quoted separately for both homes and holiday rentals.
How much does a clean cost?
See our price guide for Studio, 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom, 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom and 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom properties. Recurring home rates depend on your cleaning frequency, with an additional charge for the first scheduled visit. One-off home cleaning has its own listed prices, with no additional first-clean charge. Holiday rental cleaning has separate rates. All prices are in AUD per clean. Larger properties and other layouts need an onsite quote. All quotes, including onsite quotes, are free. We confirm the cleaning scope, any extras and the final total before you book.
Does requesting a quote confirm a booking?
No. A booking is only confirmed after we agree on the cleaning tasks, price and a suitable time with you.
